个人简介:

博士(后),教授。美国密西根州立大学高级访问学者,爱尔兰科克大学高级访问学者,国家自然科学基金委员会项目评审专家,上海市科学技术奖评审专家,福建省科技特派员。主持完成国家自然基金面上项目2项(31070218和31370277),主持完成上海市自然科学基金项目1项(14JC1402300)国家质检总局项目子项目1项目,陕西省自然科学基金重大专项子项目1以及多项校企联合项目。《Journal of Biological Chemistry》编委、《Journal of Food and Drug Reseach》编委;《Theranostic》、《Helicobacter》、《Nanoscle》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《RSC Advances》、《Analytical Methods》、《New Journal of Chemistry》、《Preparative Biochemistry & Biotechnology》、《Food Control》、《Journal of Food Safety》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《食品科学》、《应用与环境生物学报》、《食品安全质量检测学报》等期刊的审稿人,“十二五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材《生物技术概论》副主编。
